94 Celica which needs alot of work Options

Hi, Im kinda new here. I've been working with a friend who acquired a 1994 celica but it needs ALOT of work. It has no backseats, no carpet, driver seat is broken, couple dents, couple missing panels, no intake, low oil pressure, bad back brakes(is it possible to convert drum brakes to disc brakes without custom fab?) and thats only what I am aware of. I got a couple questions though.
1. The cause of alot of the interior problems is the old owner had some dreams for the celica and dreams+pot-money!= quality. One of the problems with fixing it is I don't have alot of the screws. Does anyone make a kit with all or most of the screws and bolts for the interior? Or atleast does anyone know the sizes of the screws?
2. It has a really cool paint job but it was acturally done by mistake(one of the oops when your high jobs, damn pot heads). It used to be a blueish teal color and he tried to put in swirls and ended up with a very wierd but cool color. When we fix the dents is there anyway to fix the paintjob? I don't have any of the paint.
3. What is the best intake out there? How much should I look to spend on a intake?
4.One last quuestion. There is ALOT of cleaning which needs to be done. Everything from stains to mold and mildew. What is the best interior, exterior and engine bay cleaners? I know no one product does all three but I want to know what the bets for each is.
