anyone giv me some idea, canada post veryyyy slow Options

I bought a set of mirror from a member here, the item was handed over to postshop on 1st of Dec in Canada, then 21days later left Canada, should arrive at my place by now but it's still on the way, I paid more than 70 bucks for freight but it's ridiculously slow!!It has been 60days since I paid for that. I am in New Zealand. So anyone have similar issue before?

the cheapest option to send a parcel to NZ would take 4 to 6 weeks. since it has clearly passed the estimated delivery times, you (or the sender) can file your claim by calling the phone numbers below.

The Ombudsman is the final appeal authority in the complaint resolution process at Canada Post.
