 can some one inform me if this a a bumper or a lip, car has matching skirts and looks like rear bumper lip also, any info is a great help to identify this and what they would usually run price wise thx! --------------------  i hate snow, missing my celica |

That is a prefacelift bumper with a 404 front lip molded on.
