Ive searched around and couldnt find anything that helped.

Is there any way I would be able to raise my idle (just need 75rpm) with the SAFC2
or any other free method without having to dig into the ecu or grab an msd ignition

You could try and. Elongate the holes on the throttle cable. Mount
Or you could. Disconnect the cable and remove the rubber pease from the mount an replace it with 2 washers to hold the cable in place

That woukd give you some more room for adjustment
