Hello folks,
I'm out on the lookout to buy a straight 6gen Toyota Celica, 96+ would be nice, but 94 is okay as well. GT/liftback trim in manual transmission only. Expanding this search onto this forum because I'm not getting many results on autotrader and craigslist. Oregon and Washington only please. I have an old friend up by me selling a 94 GT on the cheap. All power options - 124K miles. I haven't looked at it yet, but I imagine its all in good shape. The clutch went out and he can't afford to fix it.
Figure $300 and change for a South Bend clutch, and you have yourself an all-option 94 Celica GT. I wouldn't pay his asking price ($3,000) but I was thinking if it was in good shape I'd buy it, fix it, then sell it.... or perhaps keep it for a Daily Driver.
