Its most likely for the non gt-4 celi. Why they insist on useing Tufy's pic to make their sale I have no idea.

Tufy GT4 = GT4 fitment? not too sure. But yea I am looking for either a new bumper or a good GT4 lip.... I was thinking C-One front lip since it looks GREAT! But I really like the TRD look!
