I have camber plates on my ksport fronts, but when I adjust the camber (more negative) I also get toe in.

did you notice it after you changed the camber and then dropped the car down from jacks? you'll notice toe changes, you have to drive the car for a little bit for it to settle back, I noticed it myself as well but when i drove it it straightened out.

I'm not 100% but camber bolts in the rear would not do this would they?

IDK but for the most part everytime you touch something in suspension, something changes or gets affected.
