My celica starts to overheat whenever i try to give it some revs on a straight/uphill road. I even top-off the radiator before driving but when it over heats i can see steam coming from under the resevoir for the radiator (under the battery) , my guess is that the water pump is failing

Ive bought a new water pump but i cant seem to get enough access to remove the old one , the only option left is to lift the engine , thats why i am asking for a well written d.i.y here on the forum about that. ALL i can find is a ****ty video on youtube where a japanese guy is changing the pump but has left his camera on the engine so all i can see is him ''working'' with his hands , cant see what he is doing.

most room in there then you think. what kind of tools are you using? it helps to have a variety of extensions, sort and deep sockets, wrenched with and without flex heads. let me look it up in alldata and let you know if theres anything "special" about changing it.
