Can you tell is there big difference between JDM projectors and non-JDM (original? What you would call those biggrin.gif) if we compare light output.

Projector headlights house HID lights which generally have higher light output than halogen bulbs. Many people use HID's in non-projector lights which is dangerous and usually illegal.
Also projector put out solid light with a cut-off, where as a non-projector slightly scatter the light.

For example:

with my old halogen style headlights with 10,000K HID's


with projectors and 6000K HID's

(Note: I dont have jdm lights.. just usdm and usdm with a projector retrofit mod)
