 ST very slow, is it suppose to be slow or not?? |

I had a 87 ST, and that was a fast, zippy car. I had to sell it and now i bouht an 95 ST. I assumed it would be faster or at least the same speed. However it is slow, a 87 is much faster in accelaration. Do I have a probelm with the engine? Or is this just the speed of the 6th gen STs??

the redline is there for a reason. so you don't blow up your engine when you start throwing shims out. Plus you aren't even making power that high (your peak power is at 5600 rpm). Why would you want to go even higher where the power just drops off faster? - aba |
