Hi all,
I am looking for a lightened flywheel application for my 1997 celica ST 1.8L 7AFE I have to replace the clutch so I would like to upgrade the whole thing can anyone confirm which flywheels fit please thanks |

If you need to get your car back on the road quickly, I would have to recommend just getting an OEM 7afe flywheel. It will cost you probably $50-$70 depending on where you get it. A lightweight flywheel will cost you significantly more, and I wouldn't even know where to find one. It's all a matter of prioritizing here. A stock flywheel will get you back on the road the fastest.

If you need to get your car back on the road quickly, I would have to recommend just getting an OEM 7afe flywheel. It will cost you probably $50-$70 depending on where you get it. A lightweight flywheel will cost you significantly more, and I wouldn't even know where to find one. It's all a matter of prioritizing here. A stock flywheel will get you back on the road the fastest. ?? Not the advice he was looking for, and I'm wondering why you would suggest buying again what he already has? it just needs to be resurfaced... my st205 is on its 4th clutch with the original flywheel machined every time, the only thing i would recommend is buying some new ARP flywheel bolts on every 2nd clutch job -------------------- Mike W
