For once, I agree with mac ![]()
Right again. I own both front wheel and rear wheel drive cars. I've autocrossed both types of cars, I've road raced with both kinds of cars, and I've drag raced with both kinds of cars. They both have advantages and disadvantages. The most obvious is that in todays market, the FWD cars aren't tuned as well when stock as compared to the RWD cars. You guys are comparing a TOYOTA celica to BMW. What do you think will be the end result? You have to cinsider the base price of the vehicles in this comparison. I would invite any of you to come drive my celica, or ride if you don't think you have the skills, and tell me it doesn't handle better than a stock BMW etc. I haven't gotten the fit and finish to that level, and I'm not making the power to weight that I want to be, but I'm soooo close. I have so many parts laying around waiting to go on and no time to do it...its so sad. Believe me, when this car is done, it will be a sweetheart. I would gladly take the pepsi challenge with any BMW. |
