Hi All,
I bought a 1997 Celica GT convertible last week. My last Toyota was a 1984 T100, so this is a big change. It has 122K, and two previous owners. The car seems tip top to me (wouldn't have bought it otherwise), and my wife and I racked up hundreds of miles on it last week while on vacation. I had read reports that the car is lacking on power, and while it's not the 1970 Boss 302 I owned in 1979, it's got plenty of power for our needs. It's fully stock, and I've only added an XM dock and play radio. I would like to add a HU with bluetooth: holding a cell phone while driving just isn't for me since I added bluetooth to my Jeep a few months ago. |

I drive past a car wash every day, and most days I vacuum the carpets and mats. It looks nice for a while, and then a single blonde hair can be seen from 5 feet away. The temps are back up in the 60's for the weekend, we have a new Pioneer AVH-2400BT HU with satellite radio, and miles of scenic roads to ride along before Monday. Maybe we'll take a 50 mile trip along the Delaware River in the morning, and see what's happening in Easton, PA!
