Like the title says i need to know how to get rid of a code 54 i have a 3rg gen 3sgte with a front mount i looked all over the forums to find a solution to this problem but none of it makes sense any help would be appreciated and pics would be great

I dont have the plug that goes to the pump is there another way to wire it up i cant get pics on here or i would show u what i mean

you dont need the plug that goes to the pump.

all you need to do is track down the wires for that pump which come out of the fuse box IIRC the ea1 plug to be more exact. then just wire up the appropriate resistors to the wires correctly as displayed the the above mentioned wiring diagrams. Heck you can intercept the wires at the ecu if you really wanted.

i had trouble getting to one of the links so heres a pic of which resistors and how they should be wired. You should have a EWD for the st205 if not search for it and d/l it. the image is a modified version of the ic pump relay and how it interfaces with the ECU.... iirc where the resistors are is normally the stuff that comes and goes to the pump.



JIC u dont have the IC pump relay as its in relay box 6 or 5 (the one that mounts the the radiator) theres also this
