Looking for an OBD2 compatible convertible, preferably with power windows and ABS. Needs to be within 200 miles of Atlanta though (unless real cheap and worth the shipping cost, which is doubtful)

RUN!!!
Even at half that price, you could be facing some expensive repairs. Mine was bought in flawless condition from a very well known new car dealer; it wasa local trade-in.
