Hello guys.
About 1 week ago I got some strange problem.
Engine rpm goes to 7750 instead of 7250 and an engine light turns on.
I have AEM FIC 6 installed and Apexi Gen 1 RSM.
Removed AEM FIC and have same problem. Apexi RSM as I know doesn't have remove rev limiter function. personally I don't think that's it's an apexi problem.

What do you think guys?

its definitely not the RSM, its just a REV SPEED METER. the FIC doesn't raise the rev limiter either. im guessing the crystals on the ECU might be going bad.

Thanks

If it's a problem of crystals in ECU , there's no chance to repair it? Should I change an ECU or what? Also can I install MR2 GT-S 1995 ECU just for testing purposes?

p.s engine is working fine on that rpm, not a starting problem or any others like that. just rpm goes to 7750.
