 Engine change, what to change out |

Okay I have a 95 gt
If I decided to find another 5sfe used engine out there what would you guyz recommend me replace before I even drop it in my engine bay since my current engine is 240'000 miles and torn up. I heard head gasket/water pump/ new hoses/belts what esle would you guys recommend? I am just looking at stock changes no Mods of anykind here. jfyi: I maybe purchasing a 95 gt car w/o engine and tranny to do my 3sgte swap! So that is still in the works. if it falls through Im selling my car getting a 93-97 TT Supra when it is availiable otherwise ill be driving around my current car with a used 60'000 miles engine untill I find a Supra.
