Eibach Sportlines springs and KYB GR-2 struts. Is that a good combo. Ive searched and gotten mixed reviews.
I dont want to drop my car to much but i want it to be noticable. Ill be running on stock 15" and stock size tires. I want to get ride of the wheel gap but not so much that it will look funny with the 15"s if you know what i mean. If you dont, well some cars just look wack with stock/small rims and wheels and too large of a drop. I also want the spring rate to provide a comfortable ride as it is my daily driver. I dont expect n e thing near stock but not something super drastic. i have looked at the sticky thread and found it useful but would like some input from you guys. Ive also been thinking about those drop zones on ebay but dont know how they compare with the eibach. I would assume the sportlines are way better in ride quality and spring rate, but im not sure. Springs i understand fairly well but im confused on shock/struts as to which ones i can use with what kind of drop with out a worry. If you think my set up is the wrong one/idea then please post ur input as to what would do better. I was thinking about coilovers too so if anyone wants to lead me in that direction do so, but tell me why. What do coilovers do better then springs other then the adjustablilty as i dont plan on adjusting it at all and find it an option that would be annoying and unnesasary. Ok the noob is dun. Much thanks in advanced. |
