Problems w/jc whitney, anyone else? Options

I ordered the CF tunable muffler from JC whitney late Feb., and planned to have installed as soon as delivered. Even in my profile had as a trick added, thinking it'd be on before anyone had any questions, JC sent to wrong zip in VA and was sent back to there company, and sent an email saying it was delivered to me? to make a long story short, I never got it, agrued w/customer service for a month and finally got the credit and had to reorder the part, anyway got the revolution titatium upgrade. Still waiting to be delivered, I know that as soon as it gets in I'll never do business w/them again...Wondering if anyone has had similar probs w/the company?
