Well today I decided to cean my engine bay. It was extremely dirty and there was oil and grease and crap all over the place. My radiator had blown and The anti-freeze had gone all over the place, which added to the dirty-ness. I used Simple Green Automotive Degreaser for everything. Just let the car be cold, spray the whole thing with water, then spray the degreaser all over. I used a wet cloth to clean the grease off and a brush for the hard-to-reach spots. I took before and after pics. I do want to add that if you do this, make sure to cover your distributor cap, air filter, and spark plugs... Lol. Because even after the thing appeared to be dry, the distibutor cap and spark plugs had water all over and my air filter was soaked as well. So my car sounded rough and was vibrating A LOT because of the water in there. Today it went away, it must've dried up completely. But just make sure you let everything drive completely and the car should be fine. I also sprayed belt conditioner to all the belts to lubricate them and make them last, more traction, bla bla bla. I also gave it some fuel injector cleaner just for kicks. Lol. And that's about it. Engine looks great. VERY clean!
