Switches..., Which ones??? Options

Awhile ago i was looking at a members pictures. He customized his interrior to have these really cool black switches that light up with blue LEDs when turned on. He made a cumtom bezel for them and put it in the plastic compartment underneith his aftermarket stereo. Does anyone have any suggestions on what type i should get and where i can get these? Also does anyone know how i would wire up a switch for say... my interior neons? Possibly make a right up on making and wiring custom switches? Lastly, does anyone have any pics of their own custom switches anywhere in their car? id like to get some more ideas of where to put mine. Thanks alot!
