So, the other day I went out and bought a voltage tester so I could I find a wire to wire power to my gauges. well, while I was using a razor blade to cut into the wires to test them, I accidentally cut two wires at once and it smoked when I did so. thing is, after that, my alarm no longer worked. kinda an annoyance, but not really the biggest deal in the world. but then when I went to start the car this morning to go to work, it didn't start. turn the key and, nothing! no click, no turning over, just nothing. so I pulled practically half the dash apart to trace the wires. well, while it was pulled apart, I was able to start the car! well, I did what I orginally planned to do in the first place and got my gauge (soon to be gauges) wired up. put everything back together, and went to start the car and guess what? nothing happened! I checked ALL my fuses twice! none of them are blown out. so I don't know what to do. I know the wires I hacked into, one was red, the other was blue with a black stripe. I traced the red one to the switch that arms/disarms the alarm. and the other wire to one of the white connectors down there. I don't know where the other ends of the wires end up though. so can anyone help me in any way? I'd be satisfied with no alarm as long as I can get my car to start!

Btw, I'm pretty sure it's the stock alarm, but I found the sensor for it, and both that and the keyless entry remote say "clifford" on them, so maybe it's an aftermarket clifford alarm? or is the stock alarm clifford?
