so i came homw from work and parked my car, windows down. i didn't notice the sound(im assuming it wasn't there) but then when i stopped, it came, pretty loud, too. so i thought 'maybe moving makes it less worse?' so i went to put it in reverse, and as soon as i touch the shifter, it went away. i played w/ the shifter more, and i couldn't get the noise to come back. so i flirted w/ the clutch, and it came back. pressed the clutch in, and no noise. let it out, and now its back. try to press the shifter into 3rd w/o pressing in the clutch and the noise was less noticable. why is this coming from my transmission?? Is it even coming from it? is it bad, and how can it be fixed?
