 Questions about post-facelift bumper on pre-facelift Celica |

Since my front bumper is horrible, I'll be buying a post facelift bumper for my 95'. Now, is the bumper straight plug-and-play fitment wise? Second, concerning the fog lights, does the bumper come with the brackets for the fog lights, or will I have to get some when I put the bumper on?

Batman722 bumper is plug and play. Old one off, new one on.
