Well, I ordered some new speakers for my car, because I had all stock, and one of them was blown. So I ordered 2 sets of Clarions.

Got them from here:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16882647036

$80 and I got 4 new speakers with tweeters on them lol.

Type 2-way Speaker
Speaker Size 6.5"
Component
Woofer Material MIPP Cone Woofer
Tweeter 1" Metallized PEI Balanced-Drive Tweeter
Magnet Construction Strontium
Frame Construction GM Fit Basket Design/ CHRYSLER Adaptor Included
Specification
Peak Power 180 Watts
Sensitivity 91dB
Frequency Response 30 Hz - 30 kHz
Impedance 4 Ohm
Mounting Depth 1.88"

Anyway, I guess here is some pics of me installing them on the front. It was really simple, and I enjoyed it. I have a 12 inch sub and and amp yet to install, but these will do for now just powered off my Sony Xplod head unit.

You can kinda see my friend in the backround on some of them, i just took them randomly.

New speaker installed to drivers side:

My friend fiddling with the other side (for the record, he has done system before, but I was doing **** 100% faster than he lmao...notice why i'm taking pics and he's still wiring?(he looks really weird in the pic)

What they look like installed:

Door panel laying in gravel:

I installed them into the back, but there was already a tutorial on installing back speakers here, and funny thing, they were the same exact speakers, too biggrin.gif

I don't know if anyone was interested in this, but I had a lot of fun doing it. Only thing wrong is I lost the clips to my door cranks in my gravel frown.gif
