Okay people, we got the whole “Winter Break –All Toyota Meet” all finished and worked out. The set date will be December 6th at Circuit City. The meet will officially start at 1600 hours (4:00 pm). From that point on, we will have some chat-time while we are waiting for everybody to show up. At 1700 hours (5:00 pm, roughly depending on situation) we will caravan down to the billiard hall and grab some grub and play some pool. The parking lot is big enough to house well over 100 cars, so there shouldn’t be any worries about parking. Here is the information: Circuit City 2800 196th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036 425-712-1040 Then around 5:00 pm, we will start leaving for the pool hall. Breaking Point Billiard Hall 5800 198th St SW Lynnwood, WA 98036 425-697-2459 The head count is already at 63 E-mail iitheryii@aol.com or IM iitheryii let him know if anyone can go to get a head count. There are some changes and additions to the meet. We will be have a mini-show once we get to the Pool Hall. There will be no entry fee, no prizes. But there will be little tiny itty bitty trophies that will be given out to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd “Best Toyota” at the meet. You are not required to compete. This little mini-show is intended to be for sh!tz and gigglez so we won’t go anything too serious yet. We’ll leave that for next year. But the little mini-show will be judged by 5 people. The judges for this year will just be the local people around the Lynnwood area. This mini-show is just intended to be a test to see if we should incorporate this into the future meets. Anyone with a Toyota is welcome to enter, but space is limited at the Pool Hall, so please inquire ahead of time by giving me an e-mail at jonathanlu@hotmail.com. Also, since this is going to be an ALL TOYOTA MEET, and we don't know everyone there on a personal level, some rules will need to be applied. I don't want to be too strict or anything, but I also don't want to see anyone get a ticket or get arrested. So here are the rules. These rules are subject to change. Rules: 1) Please do not litter the area of the place for the meet. We are on public property and do not want to pay fines and/or get in trouble for littering. 2) Do not do anything you wouldn’t do in front of a cop. (No Burnouts, No Excessive Revving, Fighting, Reckless Driving, etc.) I trust you guys are mature enough to set a good example for the street tuning community. 3) Do not bring drugs, alcohol, weapons, etc to the meet. We want this to be a fun and inviting environment. Alcohol can be purchased at the Pool Hall for a minimal cost. 4) DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! If you see anyone stepping into a vehicle that even looks REMOTELY intoxicated, stop them immediately. All those who are of age and want to drink at the meet, please have a designated driver or have someone that can take you home. If you need a ride and no one is there to take you home, a taxi will be called. And if all else fails, I will personally take you home myself. Further information will be given at the time of the meet. 5) Please, do not bring any people under the age of 16 to the meet. This is not intended to discriminate anyone, but rather a safety precaution towards other people in and around the meet. If you do intend to bring someone under the age of 16, please have an escort with them at all times. 6) Please respect everyone at and around the meet. The street tuning community does not want to have any more bad press than it already has. Use proper language, no excessive profanity please. 7) While caravanning/cruising to any place, please keep within the regular speed limits and respect other drivers on the road. This is NOT the time to show off your drifting skills. Take it to the track. 8) Obey all meet staff, organizers and grounds when attending the meet. 9) Golden Rule: Staff/Meet Organizers have a right to ask you to leave the premises of the meet if they feel that you are not following any of these rules. However, a warning will be given first before any action is taken. 10) The Last Rule: HAVE FUN D@MN!T __________________ This post has been edited by BlackCelicaGT94: Nov 11, 2003 - 2:53 PM -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
