I bought this car in 2003 when I was in college. I am shocked that I still own it and that it still starts up (with a jump). It really just needs a little love to get back on the road and I hate to sell it. I bought it with 100,000 miles on from a lady that had, I kid you not, every oil change she'd ever put into it. It's been an amazing vehicle. I never thought it would have gotten me through college and then some. The timing belt went (my fault for not having it checked) at 178,000 miles and I had to have major work done on the engine to get it running again. I have all the paperwork from the shop that did the engine work back in '07. Since they did a great job fixing it, I was able to drive it with no major issues until it got to the miles it has today 281,013 and the brakes went. Here's what I know is wrong with it: The Bad
The Good
I don't know alot about cars but I know that many people in the past have wanted to buy this from me because they liked or collected this particular style car. I likely won't know the answers to many technical, mechanical questions, but I'll do my best. Obviously it is sold as is and there are no guarantees made about it's condition. I'm happy to take pictures of something specific if you want me to. I'd really like to see someone put some love back into the car and not part it out. It's been the best car I've ever owned, hands down. There's no reserve since I don't really know what it's worth. Highest bidder takes it. Please make arrangements to pick it up in Port St. Lucie, Florida. I have the title in hand. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/180726693895 This post has been edited by mizmgmt: Sep 18, 2011 - 8:16 PM |
