wasn't even a hard launch but as i tried to shift into second my stick just fluttered and couldn't find any gears. after coasting her to the shoulder and popped the hood i could see the cable wasn't broke but the retaining clip that holds the sleeve of the cable to the trans case was gone on one of the cables letting the cable just flop around when trying to shift. its not the pin to hold the inner cable to the shift levers

here's the problem
i don't know what the name of the clip is to be able to find it in an auto parts store tomorrow
i don't know if an auto parts store will even have it , looked online at advanced and autozone but cant find it

if there's anyone still up and still reading this tonight and you know what the part name is and or what auto parts store carries what i need please chime in. i cant miss anymore time from work , just got my car back from a major repair that left me sidelined for 8 days

thanks for any help you can provide!
