Here are two options for design (and prices). Please note it is "draft" design to give you an idea what is this poll about. It will change for sure when preparing final pages (especially that grid calendar page):

1. A4 - one sided (calendar below picture) for $14




2. A4 - two sided (own calendar grid page) for $16
