Just hooked up a new head unit. Plugged in all the wires besides one that was orange/yellow (I think the dimmer.) Had stock amp installed and had to unplug it and use a wiring harness adapter. Both back speakers work, front right speakers works, front left only the tweeter works. Any ideas? This is a 95 gt convertible, btw, and it's a pain in the ass. It has the 6 speaker set up.
I guess basically I am asking if they are interconnected and my speaker is broken or is it a wiring issue? I don't know if the speaker worked before because I never messed with the fade or balance on the stock amp. Also, if I have to replace the speakers, could you all suggest something that has a wide range for under $40 a speaker? I want midbass, midrange in front and a couple of coaxials in the back. I know Maybe somebody could point be to a low power (25w rms) mid-bass speaker? This post has been edited by CrypticDeity: Jun 11, 2013 - 6:11 PM |
