Hey everyone. So I'm looking to rebuild the 7afe in the new daily/project. I have a machine shop that does work for dirt cheap so I'm just going to rebuild the stock motor.
Question is. does anyone have any suggestions on full rebuild kits? Or just piece it all together buying parts from Toyota? Trying not to spend a fortune as this is NOT a performance build. Rebuilding Head & Block. Kit needs to include water & oil pump, head gasket, valve cover and all other head & block related gaskets. Might even be looking for a 'master kit' that would include pistons and perhaps rods if they are found to be outside of 'spec' (doubtful, but had rod knock).
