Sound goes from 0:30 - 0:36
Sorry the phone fell when I started the engine but you can still hear the noise. Trust me, it is much louder than it seems on this video.

It only happens when it's below -10 Celsius.
This is the worst it's ever been, the colder it is the longer the noise stays.
I took the video today as it's cold as **** (-30 Celsius)

Any idea? At first I thought it was the alternator belt.. but seems not.
Then maybe a bearing as it seemed more like something is grinding.

But now I believe it would be the starter not disengaging or something like that? :S
How bad could it be? Can it cause any damage if I don't do something real quick?
I'm planning to get a winter beater soon cause I'm sick driving the car in the winter, it's its first months of winter and it'll be its last also. I hate taking it out in the winter.
