 What do these wires go to?, Lost |

Hey guys i have a 94 celica ST, the previous owner chopped a whole bunch of wires. ill get more pictures of the chopped wires as i go along but for now i only have these two that im concerned about. If anyone has an idea as to what they go to please let me know.
  the second photo is on the passenger side in the front by the radiator fan and the a/c lines and the front air bag sensor, the bottom of the wire is going into the chassis. |
