Adjusting 98 GT vert top?, Is it possible? Options

Is there any way to adjust the convertible top? My rear driver window looks to "smoosh" forward, if you will, whenever the top is up and the front window closes OVER it, rather than in-line with it. The passenger side doesn't appear to have that problem so I'm thinking the driver side needs to be adjusted, if that is at all possible. Plus, I'm not entirely sure that's good for the window rails / mechanisms. I'm pretty sure the added tension makes it only a matter of time before something breaks with that window assembly.

I've searched all over Google, the other Celica forums, and even reddit, but have nothing. The manual that I ordered has been delayed (thanks Houston) so if any of you can help in the meantime, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks much!
