I can't help it but have to pipe in. I had a deal going on with him too, but because it was $100 I (smartly) waited to see when people will start receiving items fro him. I'm really glad I did.
I also happen to have his cell #. It probably won't do any good but I wonder if it would be appropriate to post in here? -------------------- '94 ST

Well, all posting it would do is lead to everyone harassing him. He'd probably just ignore the calls/texts anyway, if not just change his number. He obviously decided to scam a lot of people to make a quick payday. Maybe he had original intentions to sell everything legitimately, but all of a sudden he has $500+ without having sent anything out maybe greed took over. He'll get what's coming to him, one way or another.

I always look at it, if buying something on the internet, be prepared to lose the money.
Out of the 480 dealings my dad has done on eBay, he has been burned twice, of those two, only one he actually lost the money. Both eBay and PayPal do not really care if you lose your money or not, there is no real protection for either party and it's pretty easy to bypass they "security" when a seller anyway... I have been burned once, went through paypal and took me 2 months to get my money back, but at least I got it... -------------------- ------------------------------| White '94 Celica | Bought 11/05/12 | Sold 12/05/15 |------------------------------ |

Ebay is a buyers market, always has been, sellers lose the majority of any type of dispute.
