If anybody is in the process of rebuilding their 3s or has one out of the car, it would be very helpful to me if you could locate the ac idler pulley and post a picture of the hardware that goes with it. It seems that I am going to have to have the washer that goes into the bearing on the engine side made. It kind of looks like a top hat. Please please please guys! I can't even find a picture online let alone for sale. The pulley itself does not come with the hardware.

I will when I get home, or look in my progress thread. There should be quite a few pics in that area. I just purchased the pulley myself from a lexus dealer, but it was just pulley.

EDIT:

To save you some headache, I just found it in my thread.

Exploded view =P In order by assembly.

And throw together view

The pulley I purchased came with the 2nd from the right in the first picture item.

That large oddly shaped washer appears to serve as a dust shield

No problem at all.

I used 88440-20120 PULLEY ASSY, IDLE from lexuspartsnow.com

Took them about 3 weeks to ship.

Or, if you already have the pulley, I have one in that picture that just came off I can mail to you since I have a new one =)
