Curious to see who uses car covers (what brands) and if anyone has gotten a custom one done.
This would be for outdoor use

For storage? I store indoor in the winter and I just park atop a giant tarp and wrap it up like a big present for spring.

i think he means the kind that spreads right over top the car.
I dont remember the brand i bought but it was like $60 generic at auto-zone and a "medium" size. It was wayyy to big. It says fits the celica, but i should have gone with the small. And the strap downs on it would have never held down outside.
I had to make a slit by each wheel, and zip tie to the rim. After that it worked well. Completely water proof, and protected.
If your going for like a daily on and off cover i wouldnt spring for a generic one.
I would like to know if the custom one works better though

ive looked at a few places through a google search and the going rate for a custom cover can range from 200-500. Hoped to see if anyone had gone with a custom one before and how well it fit

http://www.calcarcover.com/

I have a $10 "one size fits all" type of cover for when its in the garage, but when I move it down to MD with me I am going to need something alot more durable since it wont be under cover

Bought a nopi cover years ago and it worked very well for me. Covered the celica for years outside and kept the sun off it and paint looking great.

Are you saying I should get a car cover for a Bentley....and not a Celica, the car I own?
