I've ended up to buy a set of DRAG DR-9 wheel in the nearly future, but I can decide the color. Would it be gold, bronze, or gunmetal with machined lip? Made some pics but my photoshop skills are poor..

I've always liked how gold/bronze rims looked on a white car. It pops more. Anthracite (like the first ones) is good for hiding your rims.

Whatever colour you choose, just no machined lip. I just hate them for whatever reason.

Personally I think the gunmetal and the lip looks great, the contrast between your white car really sets them off. The bronze looks cheezy, almost like a NFS car. If it was lowered more then maybe.

^i agree.
The machined lip on the gun metal looks good with the white car. Not so much a fan of the gold/machined lip, but maybe if they were smaller and a wide offset and lowered it can be pulled off - probably the same with the gunmetal too. Bronze usually looks pretty good on most colours, depends how dark/golden it is, but i agree the bronze should be full, no machined lip. Just my 2c haha -------------------- |

Been away for a while, thanks for replies I appreciate them! Decision made, I give a go for the gold and if I don't like them I can respray them any time... I'll order them soon with a couple other things on my basket...

Yes the gunmetal would be fine for your car.. That will be made more good look with your white car color..
I personally think this golden color on rims looking some weird.. Gunmetal is my first choice for you.. -------------------- Have a wonderful day!

I personally liked the gunmetal; in my opinion, gold usually looks kind of tacky on a lot of cars (but who am I to talk, my wheels are bright red). On that car, though, they don't seem like they would look too bad, just not my first choice. But as long as you like it, that's all that matters. :P Looking forward to see how they come out afterward.

I have drag Dr44s with a silver finish love em. But between the two you're looking at I'd go for the gold finish

gold/bronze wheels look good on a white car for style. but the gun metals are good too for a more conservative look.

xxr 527 was my next wheel to purchase. Lol. I'd choose the 527 just because it's better looking and washing it won't be as much of a hassle compared to them 531. Too many spokes. Lol. BTW you should check out the xxr 535. Those are pretty clean.

Neither of the two. I vote for XXR 535.

Neither of the two. I vote for XXR 535. +1. Easier to clean and you don't see them often. Lol. -------------------- |

Stick to the Ultralite Daiki reps (DR9's)
I'd keep them over XXR's which are from what I've seen quite cheaply made |
