Hello,
My exhaust of the Celica is dying, so i'm looking for a stainless steel replacement exhaust system. I'm using the stock 7AFE exhaust system on my 4AGE 20V Blacktop swap. I'm looking for a quailty exhaust but it shouldn't be noisy at all, prefer to keep it (almost) as quiet as the stock exhaust, while i want to hear the intake noise of the blacktop, not the exhaust noise Does someone know a manufacturer? Thanks! -------------------- |

the stock 7A exhaust may be a restriction on the 4A-GE 20V

Nobody makes exhausts for our cars anymore. Get it custom made at a shop

I ended up buying a aftermarket one. Will not be the best quality i think, but for now it''s okay. I'm going for custom later on.
It's very very cheap though: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Celica-1-...em/350834895382 -------------------- |

I have not seen any manufacturer that makes complete exhaust systems - all three parts (please ignore comments. This is one of old pictures I have):
Front pipe, mid pipe and muffler. I have only found one brand in Austria that makes mufflers. Really decent once (in terms of noise) since they have street certificate for Europe: Remus They made mufflers for AT200 and ST202. On their web site I found available just ST202 version (http://www.remus.eu/9060940502-sport-exhau...s-92x78-mm.html) so what I would do is ask there about compatibility with this: http://www.remus.eu/9050940502-0.html -------------------- No more replicas... This is evolution... This is SS-four :)

No its not completely bolt in but thats a stock exhaust thats quiet How difficult would it be to mount them? Do they have the rubbers in the same spot? Is the catalytic converter the same? Do i only need to adapt the flange from the front pipe to the catalytic converter? Thanks again! -------------------- |

they are called hangers. i believe all hangers should be the same. the only diff again is the piping. but no you will have to take it to an exhuast shop unless you know how to weld.

Okay, thanks!
I just oirdered a new stock 3SGE exhaust. I think the only thing i have to do is make it a bit longer, the flange for the catalytic converter seems to be the same. I also discovered that we have catalytic converters with a 2.5" diameter instead of 2" for the USA. I was about to order a high flow magnaflow cat from the US just before i discovered this. So maybe usefull for you guys -------------------- |

FYI: The last exhaust part of the 3SGE exhaust is 44mm 1.75". The rest of the piping is 2.25". But it should be enough cause the engine of the 3SGE is rated at 175 HP.
Trying to fit it next week. -------------------- |

i'll make pictures soon.
FYI: Upgrading the 7AFE to a eurospec exhaust will be an upgrade. We have the 4-2-1 design header and 2.5" cat. I believe in the usa it's only 2" -------------------- |
