Yesterday, thanks to JoshuaM, I received mudguards for the wife's Yaris. As for the Celica, I got an alignment as well to complete this past weekend's fun - having the front wheel hubs, bearings, and outer tie-rods replaced on both sides. Today, I will continue to plan the next big upgrade for Suzuka. No worries ^.^ Finally updated my photo sig! Looks good! ... Do I have your attention now? Clicky Clicky UPDATES! Very nice, Travis! Is that the OEM Super White? The duckbill is a great touch.
Josh, the car looks fantastic with the projectors in. -------------------- Has no more Celicas

Ugh.... 7 hours and still not done. Still have the hood, nose, mirrors, and the top of the passenger fender to go... At least they only need the Meguiar's 3 step and not the rubbing and polishing compound too...

Its not a bad looking at all for primer though when it dries. Can't wait to see the finished product Travis! I'm so stoked, just a final sand and then its time to see how well this silver matches up and hit it with the clear. Haha. |

I have a feeling the duckbill will look awesome. Especially with it being moulded onto the car. I would highly consider it myself.

If you want one you can buy a brand new freshly made fiberglass one for ~$150 cause GT4 Racing still makes them (along with splitters, hoods, ect).
Im really happy I went ahead and just molded it on. I can't breath after all the sanding, primer, filler, and epoxy that got put on it but it came out great. Plus a huge dent is no longer existent and I don't have silicon filled mount holes anymore. The guy that's teaching me how to do it (I'm basically just covering materials) said hed charge around high $600s low $700s to do this to anyones car because of how much work it is to get the duckbill to flow properly. Seriously its been like 16 hours (not including many hours of cure time) of epoxying/filling/sanding. |
