96 Celica GT Hatchback

Ok, so here's the deal. A week ago my tail light fuse and my turn signal fuse blew. I thought nothing of it and replaced them. A day later the tail, turning, and brake lights blew. I tried to replace them again, but when i turned the ignition on(not the car, just the ignition to give power), i could hear th3 fuses blow, dangit.

I had just installed some Silverstar headlights a few days before, and thought that they might be causing the problem, so i switched the stock lights back in and the fuses didn't blow. That was 3 days ago, and today my brake light and turn light fuses blew again.

I've checked the wiring in the back where all the lights are. Took off the light bulb casing thingy, and everything looks fine. No water in the bulbs, so stripped wires, no blown bulbs either, and i have no idea what to try now that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars by taking it to a dealership or mechanic. Anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? Thanks a bunch.

to fix this problem you should check to see if your wiring is shorting to ground. this time instead of replacing it with the exact same fuse replace it with a fuse breaker. it goes in the same spot whre ur fuses are. if those don't fit put a fuse with a larger amp. instead of a 10 put like a 20
