X2. What are the specs of your 'Four? I like the launch in your video, the rear end squats and your car is gone. tongue.gif

for comparison sake, on stock power with the same 60ft time (ie, identical launch) i made an 8.5sec 1/8th time, and went on to do a 13.1.

so with only half the drag strip hes already 1 second faster than stock, so on a quarter hes somewhere in the low to mid 11s

so pretty damn quick celica, alot faster than it looks

also keeping in mind his 1.8s 60ft can still be improved (my personal best launch is 1.6sec)

Here´s a video from today with me and a friend. me in a st205 and he in a st185
I did 11.63@196km/h as best biggrin.gif
He did 11.80

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nO10T46E_Tw

Hope you enjoy it biggrin.gif

But i shuld be able to do better times. it was a very hot day and my waterintercooler isn´t good in 402m so i need a new one.

how do you launch for 1.6 times? my todays best was 1.75 on a very good dragstrip

I can imagine than (since I saw your vids on YouTube smile.gif). Btw. in what part of Sweeden you are? I will be passing with my Celica in two weeks from Stockholm to Malmö with one day stopover in Byxelkrok. So if there is any chance for short meet just let me know smile.gif.

different for your car maybe, but in my car the sweet spot is 4000 rpm, i ease the clutch out and then wait for the wheelspin to start then dump it with full power
