Doesn't appear to be a kit for a Celica. It actually looks kind of like the rear bumper for a Scion TC with the blacked out portion. I would assume it's going to end up custom.

I was helping dad install a heavy duty tow hitch on it. I just put the bumper there for lols, but I was genuine surprised about how good it looked Oh well, late August fools!
