I'm going crazy with my celica. She idles fine hot and cold. When I drive down the road or rev in neutral the rpms go up normal and come down almost and some times to the point of stalling. I have tried to drive with it but had an occurrence where I got stuck in the middle of an intersection mad.gif from 3 k drops to about 300-200 rpms. i have tighten the throttle cable, changed tps, cleaned idle ac valve, changed egr vavle( pulled it off a automatic camry if that matters). what can i do next!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What about the idle air control valve under the throttle body?
You can disconnect the wiring harness plug that goes to it and see if the problem goes away. If it does, then you will probably have to take apart the valve, clean it, and replace the gasket.
