Funny that your Celica year and this model contain the same digits. I didn't know we had a P-car owner among us...

I just noticed that. That is kind of funny. I don't know if Id count it as a Porsche it's more VW than Porsche. It's a fun little car though way different than the celica.

Slapped a set of OZ wheels on this morning. Don't think I like it, but it does have a STI feel.

I thought that would look better than it does. Maybe less offset.

Yeah the offset is not ideal on these cars. The wheels were free, so to speak. My brother brought down his old school 70's Austin Mini and these wheels, which were on his old Forester. I figured I'd throw them on and see how it works. The 235 tires are nice, but they need a 10mm spacer all around to bring them more flush with the body. Even after that I don't know if I like all of the spokes. Meh.

Reminds me of this, but in 17's:

I love the look of those, too bad it's FWD.

I can't quite tell but assuming it's a later year that's a 156? I've been out of the EDM car game too long.

You've been sensible. Celica was FWD, TT as well (if AWD it understeered like mad anyway), and then this.

Not sensible, would be a GT86 with a 2JZ. Or LS9.

You forgot the 350Z i had before this tongue.gif

This is much better to drive than you would think. Remapped to 250BHP it doesn't hang around. Obviously not as much fun around corners as a GT-86, but a lot faster smile.gif

Tis indeed a turbo. Gen3 with LSD E153 swap.

And don't worry! I won't be giving up my Celica any time soon! haha
