i was wondering if it would be possible to swap the vvti head onto 95 gt block...if it is the same block it could happen, right

Theoretically you should be able to bolt it right up if it is the same block. Getting the vvti to work however is a WHOLE nother animal. There are too many things that are monitored by the ECU for the vvti that simply isnt there in the "regular" engines of our cars. Do some research, I would imagine there would be quite a bit of modding in your wiring harness not to mention some ecu problems and what not. See if anyone else has done it first and then look at pricing. Its probably not going to be worth it in the long run, it probably would cost as much as an engine swap would (exageration but you get the point

i don't know any vvt motors that use a 5s block. but different years of the 5sfe have different layouts for the head. essentially some will bolt right up to the 3sge head and some will do it with some modification to the block. Wiring will be difficult because you'll need to use the ecu for the head.
