Hey guys,

I have this awesome TRD 3-point front strut brace/tower bar for sale. These are very rare to find these days and make a noticeable difference in handling, plus they look amazing in the engine bay too. Direct bolt-on for all ST202 6th Gen Celicas and Currens, and instantly make your chassis more rigid, which improves cornering ability and steering response. Forget the weak factory strut brace that you can bend in half with your hands, this TRD triangular brace is built solid (although still nice and light) and is ready to handle anything you can throw at it.

It's still in very good condition with no dents, cracks, deep scratches etc. There are a few spots where it's missing some paint but nothing that a quick touch up can't fix. These are a very difficult item to get your hands on, so act now while it's available!

Here's a pic of a very similar TRD strut brace that I have on my '93 AE100 Corolla. Straight after I installed it I noticed that the car handled better with less roll around corners and snappier steering response, and that was going from the original 2pt factory strut brace (same sort of design as the factory Celica one). They give the engine bay a much more 'complete' look and it has certainly been a talking point at car shows etc:

Ignoring RPM Garage's stupidly inflated cost, this bar is cheaper than average, and better condition than average (assuming you can find one!). I have bought a couple in the past and they have sold for more. This should be snatched up, discount or not!

The also make a notable handling improvement, especially when paired with a rear strut bar.

Compared to the useless stock bar;



Installed in a very dirty engine bay;



I would describe my bar to be in average condition for a TRD bar, this one for sale is in very good condition.

Hi there, yes, this would fit your AT200 . The only difference between the ST models is that you likely won't have the two holes in the firewall for the bolts to thread into (if you don't have a factory strut brace), however it's a very simple process to drill the two holes and secure the centre of the strut brace with a couple of nuts on the other side. I did this on my Corolla as it didn't come with a strut brace from factory, but it's very easy to do. You simply secure the strut brace to the strut bolts and then trace around the bolt holes on the firewall. Then you just drill the two holes, remove the plastic wiper cowling, slide the bolts through and put a washer and nut on the back. I chose to use stainless Nyloc nuts and washers so they won't ever rust or come loose

Right now with the discounted shipping the grand total including PayPal fees would be £213

Thanks for the info! . After looking at a few more pics online at AT200 engine bays I can certainly see the bungs over the holes. Certainly makes things easier

sorry for thread jacking but what's the difference in the one JoshuaM has and the one that you have? They're two different strut brace but both are trd. Was one made for post face 6gc and one facelift 6gc? An older model strut brace and a newer one? The difference I see is where the strut bolts the firewall. JoshuaM's has some welding and the one you has a bend? I'm curious because I found one like JoshuaM for a stupid cheap price so yea. Just want to see what's the difference in the two.

Wow, I never noticed that. I think I just have an older version - I picked my personal one up in Australia not Japan, so I don't know its history. Try checking Rusty's thread, because whatever he has will be the most current shape. Another possibility is that one was made for the Toyota Carina ED ST202, which will also fit ours.... but I think age is more likely.
