For: 2nd Gen 3SGTE
I've come to sell my turbo kit because I'm upgrading to a larger turbo as well as a topmount setup. This comes with EVERYTHING needs as a kit. This does not mean you get my stroker engine or my car included in the price. If it's not related to a turbo kit, you don't get it - so don't ask. This kit will come with: - Garrett GT3076R Dual Ball Bearing turbo (specs at bottom of page) - ATS Racing bottom mount exhaust manifold (DEI Heat Wrapped) - ATS Racing Downpipe (DEI Heat Wrapped, also includes 3/8npt bung and wideband bung) - ATS Racing Dump Pipe (Screamer Pipe) - Tial F38 WG, Silver, currently set at 18lbs. (Can also include big blue, big green springs) - -10AN SS drain line with fittings - two -10AN SS coolant lines with fittings (one w/ 500°F heat sleeve) - -4AN? SS oil feed line (w/ fittings at the turbo) - turbo exhaust jacket - Coolant bypass pipes with pipes welds for coolant supply and return to turbo - 3" Intake Pipe w/ -8an bung and -8an hose barb, coupler - 4" Conical filter, rewashable The turbo is currently on the car as I still use my car every now and then to turn the car over and take on short runs; hence, it works. It is practically a NEW turbo on a completely new build that was AEM dyno tuned by Hux Racing. It currently has about 1,300 miles on it and baby the car since it is still in a break-in period. I had the turbo exhaust housing ceramic coated in silver and “slick” coated on the inside of the housing to withhold 1800°F. I do NOT run this turbo without an air filter. I also wait at the least two minutes before shutting off the car to cool down the turbo as a preventative measure from coking oil. Turbo specs: - GT3076R Dual Ball-Bearing turbo. - Rated for 525hp. - Turbine Wheel: 60mm w/ 84 trim; Housing: .63 ar - Compressor Wheel: 76.2mm w/ 56 trim; Housing: .82 ar - Anti-Surge Compressor housing with 2” inlet. - Exhaust housing has a T3 flange with a 3” 4-Bolt discharge. - Addition: Ceramic coated and slick coated (exhaust) turbine housing. - Very little to no shaft play! Price: $1800 + shipping OBO *Will not do shipped. Any price agreed hereafter is always in the form of plus shipping. Dyno sheet here: http://www.mr2oc.com/showthread.php?t=453717 Will get more pictures upon request. I am not willing to remove the turbo for pictures as it will cost time, labor, and materials (money) to get it back to it's usefulness. I had to remove components to get a picture of the compressor blades (intake side) and squeeze a camera in. That was enough to be a major pain in the ass!! 32571 This post has been edited by RichieRichJP: Aug 2, 2014 - 4:41 PM -------------------- |
