Looks like that first rev scared her lol.. glad youre done tho

Yeah she said she wasn't expecting it to be that loud. I still have to get the exhaust done and the passenger engine mount, so not quite done yet rolleyes.gif

You going dual?

I started with what I know to do, I swap engine into my car, I knew it was too much work to make it a AWD. I kept it FWD. Went to take a crack at doing the wiring conversion. Than, I realize, shoot, this is out of my league.

I know in previous swaps allegedly there's not enough room for a true dual.

No, I'm going with 2 1/2 with a decent resonator and magnaflow muffler.

I think there is room to do it, but 190hp doesn't justify the extra work lol. Now once I go twin turbo then yeah laugh.gif . I kid never doing that. This car was never supposed to be a project. I'm building an 90 Alltrac and if my motor never blew this was never even considered, but things went from bad to worse and I had to do something. A decent replacement 5S-FE with full rebuild would have been is the same ballpark as a 1MZ-FE straight swap with no rebuild. So I went for more HP and blew the budget redface.gif

I was willing to pay 400 for the catback (witch is,alot at this shop)

They said cash doesnt matter unless I wanted 2 inch or smaller piping no way it was going to happen

Dual 2" would work well, considering the ES300 had single 2.25" piping.
