Only trick is to make sure the solder joints are quality, otherwise they vibrate loose.

I was waiting until I could get a laser-printer so I could make my own PCBs. I think it an etched copper PCB is the minimum quality for selling to other people, but then you may run into fewer problems with fewer and larger LEDs

your thread back a couple years ago was my first resource when I started!
I thought about PM'ing you at times when I needed help but thought it would be a better route to figure it all out on my own.

I hot glue it all. These things are bulletproof lol

car is heading home to the garage on thanksgiving.

the BEAMS is looking to be a spring project now unfortunately, so this winter I had hoped to tackle the new coilovers....but TEIN has discontinued them. Hopefully I can find a set or else its looking like a boring winter!

a friend of mine gave these to me.....gave. I was surprised. Now I can add even more to an already over the top-ish rear end

hahaha, maybe Ill paste them on my hood

The SuperStreets have been shipped and I have begun to look into spring upgrades for them. SWIFT springs seem to offer a ton of options, and I am waiting to hear back from TEIN for the dimensions of the springs needed, along with if they do re-valving in the US or if I have to send the shocks out to JP thumbsdown.gif

With the new coilovers I am loosing top mount camber adjustability for the rear which Ksport so kindly provided me with, so I am looking into Techno Toy Tunings Rear Control Arms to resolve this. Im curious of their performance since they eliminate the use of rubber&urethane bushings.

Im guessing you are suggesting those because you are able to adjust the camber with them?
if not..NO WANT!

ray(yellowchinaman) got another set of the adjustable arms and swapped them with the non adjustable arms...never heard back on how well it went

You wouldn't be able to adjust camber with them because you also have the lateral arm? I think that's what it's called?
Idk, it's just the one that faces front to back and connects to the rear knuckle. Unless that has a lot of play left and right, you won't be able to adjust the camber much..

Took some time this weekend to compare the Ksports and the Teins.

I have some work ahead of me to get these coilovers how I want them. The main part of it being converting the rear topmounts to adjustable pillowball mounts

After new years I plan to ship the Tein shocks to get revalved and sell the Ksports

fronts compared

rears compared

Totally off topic, but when did you move to Haltom?? I've been living in Albuquerque for almost 5 years, but I'm originally from North Richland Hills.

That's good, always have to be careful when buying anything Tein online. I've seen counterfeits from U.S. sellers even... It's madness.
